Art is not always about representing the world as it exists. In this exhibition we explore unseen forces of the unconscious mind for inspiration. “Visions” allows us to record inner visions, ephemeral feelings and fantasies toward creating art works guided by these dreams and visions. It is an opportunity for our group to try experimental art or record these visions hidden in representational work. Peninsula Women’s Caucus artists Lorraine Capparell, Cosette Dudley, Kris Idarius, Pat E. Keefe, Rebecca Lambing, Tanya Lin, Yvonne Newhouse, Deanna Taubman, Rachel Tirosh, Leigh Toldi, and Marian Yap have shared their visions to create art for this exhibit.
