Open Call for Arts: 2012-2013 exhibition series at the Art Museum of Los Gatos
The Art Museum of Los Gatos invites artists to submit artwork for consideration to be included in the 2012-2013 exhibition schedule. We encourage participants from a range of media including visual arts: sculpture, painting, photography, printmaking and site specific installations.
Send images of 5 to 15 work samples and include the media, dimensions and title for each image provided.
Please also include an artist statement, bio and exhibition history.
Submissions can be sent electronically or in the post. If you require your portfolio to be returned, please send a self addressed stamped envelope.
The Los Gatos Museums Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to harness the power of art and history to enrich life. It aims to inspire and engage the region with innovative educational cultural experiences. The Los Gatos Museum Association (LGMA) includes the Art Museum of Los Gatos, the History Museum of Los Gatos, and the Los Gatos Museum Art Gallery.
The Art Museum of Los Gatos was founded in 1965. It is a non-collecting Art Museum that has six to eight exhibitions annually. Exhibitions include the work of local, national and international artists and has a strong interest in artists from the South Bay and Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
