Bonnie J. Smith will be honored June 19, 2013 by Voters Injured At Work www.viaw.org
for her leadership and visually representing other injured
workers with her fiber art series "Swimming Upstream". The series now
is a total of twelve.
Three of the artworks were seen by a reporter from
The Huffington Post on the East Coast and he subsequently nominated her
for the honor.
