The Peninsula Art Institute Gallery is across the courtyard from the Peninsula Museum of Art’s main entrance; and is open the same hours as the Museum, Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 5 PM. For directions, visit PAI's 'Contact Us' page: http://www.peninsulaartinstitute.org/about-pai/contact-us  or call  650-692-2101. If this is your first visit, looking at the map is a good idea.

About the Exhibit
An avid hiker both on Bay Area trails and in the Sierra Nevada backcountry, Yvonne has witnessed and recorded many vistas of infinite beauty, interpreting them using transparent watercolor. A native of the prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada she is in awe of the stature and grandness of mountains and mountain meadows that host the wild flowers of California. She paints local flowers and gardens with the same sense of adventure.
